Terms and Conditions

• Payment is required to confirm the booking.
• A VAT receipt will be supplied on request.
• Joining instructions will be sent out approximately one week prior to the course.
• Cancellations policy : Within 7 days prior to training 50% refund - within 3 days prior to training day no refund. Change of date, please contact us  at the office for availability of seat.
• Discount policy: 3 to 5 participants = 5% discount, 6 to 10 participants= 10% discount, more than 10 = 15% discount.
