A Venezuelan Project Manager and strategic planning senior consultant participated in EPM Effective Project Management & PROSIMULA® to prepare for major new restructuring Project in Latin America for a large petrochemical company.

A French tires manufacturer contracted for in-house Consultancy to gather inter-departments information using WCT Wall Charting® Techniques. Interview Sessions helped the Company Management to realize re organization needs and point-out communication bottlenecks between the organization entities. Sessions included interview of most Company Department Management and a final presentation summarizing all findinds.

Sweden Cars & Truck Manufacturer used Top Mapping® Analysis &  Wall Charting® Techniques to precisely analyze inter-factories logistic procurement IT system implementation. Avoiding delays in parts delivery and get models out of factory with Quality and in Time was leitmotivs which drove permanently our steps during this mission.

One of the world’s leading energy companies asked to provide a cost effective unified training solution in Effective Presentation for its affiliates managers throughout the EU. In-house trainings sessions were organized and conducted in Switzerland, Germany, and France. 

German Car Company BMW has been using PROSIMULA® since 1998 for his Project Managers teams. In-house 4 Days workshop seminars were run in Stuttgart Germany.

Smart Cards manufacturer G & D Germany is user of EPM Effective Project Management Training and PROSIMULA® Project Simulation workshop to develop new products and enhance teams creativity. Workshops were delivered externally in several sessions with groups of 16 participants.
