What is PROSIMULA Workshop?

PROSIMULA® is a Computer based Project Simulation offering to participants an opportunity to train and exercise their Project Management knowledge in realistic & challenging project situations, thereby increasing their Project Management  experience and maturity. We often say that PROSIMULA® is to Project Managers what is flight simulator to plane pilots: Experience the real thing without endangering critical projects and Company Business. 

PROSIMULA® is based on the Project Management Processes of PMI'S PMBOK® (Project Management Book of Knowledge) :

Initiation, Planning, Executing, Controlling & Closing

PROSIMULA® workshop is mostly often based on an IT manufacturing related case study (No technical knowledge required), however the project simulation can be also delivered based on different industries such as pharmaceuticals, Petro Chemicals or automobile.  

The Trainer is delivering this seminar in modular Form. Each Module is preceded with theoretical input, followed by 'hands on' exercises, supported by the Simulation Software. Participants are working in small teams of 4-5 people. Team are then presenting results during role-plays to customer and internal Management. Team results are evaluated with feedback and support to participants.
Project Team members with approx. 2 years PM experience, Project Leaders, Project Managers, Product Managers, Line Managers, Procurement & Logistic Managers.

PROSIMULA® is delivered in three different level of complexity:

  • Level 1 ProSimula CPM                                           4 Days

  • Level 2 ProSimula PMI PMBOK Based                         4 Days

  • Level 3 ProSimula XT                                             5 Days

PROSIMULA® References: SAP Softwares, CSC, Allianz, Lufthansa, BMW, Somaigatsu Gumi, Siemens SBS are users of PROSIMULA® Project Simulation for their Teams.
PROSIMULA® participants are facing the following requirements:
